7. Zero Server Storage & Data Processing

Get Reels processes media requests transiently through real-time streaming proxies. We do not retain downloaded media on our servers. Your submitted URLs are used solely to fetch and stream content to your device and are not stored in any persistent database.

8. Advertising

Get Reels displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and its advertising partners to fund the operation of this free service. By using Get Reels, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed on the website. You agree not to use any ad-blocking technology that would prevent the display of advertisements during your use of the Service, as this supports the sustainability of the free offering.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET REELS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Reels and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
